Hudson uses a very powerful configuration script for CTF that just about covers everything you need. Every single alias found in this config file is in use - anything unused has been long removed. It may not suit your needs perfectly, but you are bound to find something useful in there (single key grapple, zoom, wide area view, best explosive weapon, best non explosive weapon, walk alias, better drop tech, various tweaks etc.):
